4/6 bed was purchased from Atari Furniture Shahjahanpur but after 6 months the ply on top of the bed got pressed downwards. On complaint the ply was replaced but the side ply became bow shaped and the ply below the bed also got pressed downwards. Many times complaints were made that please take back your bed and give us double the size, we will pay whatever money is required but no reply is being given by them.

Nice Product. Service and dealing was excellent. Showroom Manager Mr Jitendra Singh is excellent, behaviour is so good. All other support staff are nice and well behaved. Very very satisfied with Attari Furniture Shahjahanpur.

Very poor experience. The staff and the owner (Atul)behaved extremely badly after selling the products. Instead of helping, they were rude and uncooperative. I was pressured and forced to buy items, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and stressful.

To make matters worse, they misplaced my trolley and showed no responsibility or concern when I raised the issue. There was no proper response, apology, or effort to resolve the problem.

This shop lacks basic professionalism, customer respect, and ethical business practices. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing furniture from here.

Sales team is too good till you book the product and actually I appreciate it but after booking their conduct is highly unprofessional.If you raise some concern they end up proving why they are just another start up without any vision.

They aren't a brand what they claim for. I hope they understand to grow their business and identify loopholes.

Delivery team was really good and helpful during installation process.So one extra star for them.

Rest I will share product review after some weeks again.Hope Mr Ahmad the owner of this shop can read my mail and understand issues. Post his reply I will share vlog on same.

Have selected design from Online and they have get that customised exactly like that. And most thankful to the owner, he has specially taken care of the timeline and all his staff worked overnight to met the commitment. Superb work and dedicated team.
